While we impose on no one the necessity of changing to be part of our worship and community life, we offer a variety of opportunities for growth and transformation through hospitality and fellowship, worship, study, and service to the larger community. Coming Up at SPRVacation Bible Camp 2010All kids ages 5 to 11: Come aboard for a Voyage of Wonder over floods, seas, and rivers as we SING, SERVE, WONDER, AND PLAY. VBC will run August 9-13, 9:00 til noon, and all the campers will participate in our Sunday 10:00 liturgy on August 15. Get more info here. Register here. The "All Y'all Choir" is OnEver wanted to try singing in a choir but weren't ready to make a commitment? You can be part of our choir at the 10:00 liturgy on any Sunday you wish during the summer. Just come to church at 9:15 for rehearsal on the day(s) you want to sing. No auditions; all abilities and ages welcome! Young Adults Bible StudyAll Young Adults (20s & 30s): come join our summer Bible Study each Wednesday in July, 7:00-8:30 p.m. We're meeting at 5046 S. Blackstone #2. Bring your Bible if you'd like, though we'll supply plenty. Your thoughtfulness and inquisitiveness are all we require! Feel free to come to one, several, or all of our meetings. |
