Centering Prayer is a form of quiet Christian meditation practiced individually and in groups. SPR sponsors centering prayer sessions each week in the Chapel. All are welcomed. Scheduled sessions are:

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM
  

The Chapel is entered through the parking lot entrance on the east side of the church.

We sit in a circle around a candle while a CD player measures a twenty-minute period of silence. At the end of the silence, gentle music recalls us to the group. It is our custom to then share intercessory prayers and perhaps a short devotion appropriate to the time of day.
